We use the highest spec Leica Laser equipment to create a measured 'map' of your house. Using AutoCAD 360 applications, we draw accurate floor plans, elevations and 3D models of your home to enable your project to run smoothly.

1. Consultation
& Site Visit
The initial FREE consultation will give us an idea of your requirements, you can meet us and we can produce a simple summary to kick-start the project, understanding cost expectation, duration and upheaval. Often by involving us in the initial design phase, we can suggest the most cost effective way forwards to ensure you maximise the potential in your home.
After consultation & subject to 50% deposit, we undertake a thorough measured site visit of your home using the latest Leica technology.
2. Design &
Amendments
With your input we will produce 2D and 3D drawings of your home so you can begin to see your project come to life. You can make as many amends as you like, we want you to be happy.
Planning Permission Drawings included:
Floor Plans, Elevations,
3D Exterior, Site Plan, Block & Location Plan and Building Regs.
3. Application Management & LPA Requirements
We manage your entire application with the Local Planning Authority. We can't guarantee the outcome, but we can give you the peace of mind that your application is in-hand. For most applications we are able to facilitate the LPA guidelines at design stage, however we will work with you and the Local Authority should any changes be required.
4. Building Regs & The Build
Building Regulations are often overlooked, we can offer simple Building Regulation guidelines, so your contractor is clear on the current required legislation. We can recommend Structural Engineers to overlay structural design (if required) for ease of use from consumer to contractor. We can also project manage
sub-contractors for the build.
